Returning an item at MerciVie is simple and straightforward. If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

   Complete the on our Return Page or send us an email with the following information:
   

   • your order number
   • the order date
   • Your contact information

2. Return period

   Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.

3. Response time
   Our team will respond to you within one business day and provide the return address and label.
   

4. Return shipping costs
   The returning costs will be deducted from the amount to refund.
   

5. Refund
   The refund will be processed once the item has arrived at our warehouse and been inspected for damages. The item must be in new conditions to be qualified for a refund.
