Can I cancel or modify my MerciVie order?

Right of Withdrawal and Return Conditions

In accordance with our right of withdrawal, you have the right to cancel the contract within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us in writing (via email or letter). A sample withdrawal form is available to you, but it is not mandatory.

Consequences of Withdrawal

After exercising the right of withdrawal, you will receive a refund of all payments made for the order, including delivery costs (except when a more expensive shipping method than the cheapest standard delivery was chosen). The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal.

Return of the Goods

You must return the goods to us within 14 days after exercising the right of withdrawal. The return shipping costs are to be borne by you. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
